Landscape Photography has always been an interest of mine for the longest time. This type of photography is what made me fall in love with photography as a whole because it combined my two favourite things, the outdoors and nature. For the longest time I wanted to solely be a landscape photographer but as the months went by I started to love other types of photography such as fine art, portraiture and product. I always used to look at the type of camera I would get, the lens and everything else.
When doing a lot more research on this type of photography I stumbled upon the page of a young New Zealand photographer, Kaleb Johnston. He is a 19 year old guy with a camera and a goal in his life and has been one of my biggest inspirations in the landscape photography space. One of the many things that attracted me to his work is the way he uses colour. Every image of his is different and unique but in a way you can tell that it is his style. Along with landscape photography he found a drive for Astro photography, property photography and even car photography.

Seeing another young photographer in the industry certainly pushes me to be better and get better at what I’d because it shows me that these young photographers have so much passion and love for photography and could become one of the best working today and even in the future.
